The Bothy has been renovated from a traditional farming outhouse to a high quality, serviced holiday home.  Set in the grounds of our working beef farm with stunning panoramic views across the Dee Valley, it combines traditional country living with modern luxury and convenience.

• Large and spacious living area with wood burning stove, featuring a full-fronted, south facing window offering unrivalled views across Deeside. 
• Double glass patio doors lead out to a large decking area. 
• Fold away dining table with 6 chairs.
• Fully fitted kitchen.
• Master bedroom with wood-burning stove and solid oak flooring, king size bed can be seperated into two singles, wardrobe with mirror.
• Second bedroom, again with wood-burning stove, mirrored wardrobe and king size bed which can be seperated.
• Shower room.

• Private decking area with seating and BBQ.
• Underfloor heating
• Grassed area out front with children's play equipment.
• Electricity, logs, linen and towels included.

New for 2010

Opening in December 2010 and converted from the farm steading we will have The Stables and The Byre, these will be 3 bedroom self catering holiday cottages that can sleep 6 and 7.
